If you eat cereal, that's also fine as long as it's whole grain and not packed with sugar. But I'm not here to be your doctor, I'm here to tell you about your breakfast with no meat.
Easy Oatmeal Recipe:
1/2 cup rolled oats (Find at your nearest grocery store)
1 cup vanilla sweetened almond milk, soy milk or water (You'll thank me for the sweetened almond milk part later.)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (If you aren't a fan, add honey or something of this ilk.)
Dash of Cinnamon
Half of a banana (Again, add whatever fruit you like including blueberries, strawberries or even raisins.)
Bring your almond milk to a boil, add oats and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened. You can also microwave your oats and almond milk on high for 3 minutes if you're on-the-go and are on the busy side. After, add fixings and you are done! This breakfast will leave you full longer, includes no animal products, and most importantly--will be rich in flavor and has a nice texture to it. The easiest and quickest breakfast to date! And most importantly, you're one third vegetarian as you now have breakfast for the future. Be on the lookout for more quick and easy recipes in the coming weeks!
