A lot of people have told me that they have eaten dinner at Hotel Madrid and have not been super impressed so I'm going to have to try that out to see how it lines up with brunch. Also, there were not many Spanish options on the menu, something I thought was interesting considering the namesake of the restaurant. The music was more geared toward pop, something that surprised me but also didn't considering the popularity of that music genre.
Amber was an outstanding waitress, coming back often and fulfilling our requests of more syrup and odd orders of food. (That's for you Justin.) I opted for their fruity pebble pancakes and was delighted by this option and plan on trying their other brunch options as well as dinner in the future! I typically order side dishes for brunch, but this option was more than enough for me. Great spot to take family and friends, and an even better place for date nights with your partner for dinner. Spain is a long ways away from the Midwest, but you wouldn't know it in this unique, posh setting in Milwaukee.
